Just as you cannot see who viewed your Facebook profile page, you CANNOT see who disliked your YouTube video, for user’s privacy protection reason, obviously. So, what can you do? YouTube does not allow us yet do disable downvotes. But, if you feel there is a real unbalance in your video ratings simply hide them from the view!
